Coimbra iParque is being built in the area of Antanhol and S. Martinho do Bispo.

The urban solution chosen for the lotting is divided in two stages.

The first stage is 73.66 Acres, in which:

• 36.24  Acres is the total area destined to enterprise activity, distributed by 18 lots among which there are lots with bigger dimensions where large companies can be settled: one with 8.32  Acres and two with 4.75 Acres each;

• 17.63 Acres is the area destined to streets, sidewalks and car parks;

• 19.80 Acres is destined to grassland, informal sports and leisure.

 
The maximum effective construction area is 25.29 Acres. For the fist stage, the plan is to build 2.092 parking spaces.

The second stage is 170.19 Acres big and it represents 243.85 Acres in the total area of the urban plan.
